Day 1

7:00 AM :Warm water with honey + Lemon
8:00 AM :Green Smoothie-1 green apple + hand ful grapes +handful spinach leaves
10:00 AM: Veggie patty sandwitch with spring greens
12:00 PM : Fist full of pretzel + handful of grapes + 1 string cheese
3:00 PM: Two hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper and stick of pretzel
4:30 PM: Ice coffee
9:00 PM: Small soup
Work out : 50 min Zumba , 60 min Pilates, Sauna + Steam Room
